Privacy Policy
In short: the game collects no personal data.

- No in-app purchases
- Works fully offline
- No data sold or shared
This policy explains how EveryBit ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Indian Bike Racing Ultra 3D (the "game"). By playing the game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not request internet access, so it cannot send any information to us or to anyone else. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID, and we never sell or share data.
2. Data stored on your device
To save your progress, the game keeps a few files in its private storage on your own device. Only the game can read them, and they are never uploaded anywhere.
| What | Why | Where it stays |
|---|---|---|
| Your rider name, in-game money, unlocked vehicles, mission and story progress, settings | To continue your game where you left off | On your device only |
| A small technical start-up log: game version, graphics driver, graphics chip model and number of processor cores (no personal data) | To show where the game stopped if it ever fails to start | On your device only |
The rider name is whatever you type in. It does not need to be your real name, and you can change it at any time in Settings.
3. Permissions
The game asks for only one Android permission:
- Vibrate: for haptic feedback during crashes and controls. You can turn it off with the Vibration option in the game's Settings.
It does not request internet, location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, storage or any other permission.
4. Third parties
The game contains no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social media code, so no information is shared with third parties through the game. When you download the game from Google Play, Google may collect information as described in Google's Privacy Policy; that is outside our control.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Deleting your data
All game data is stored on your device, and you are always in control of it:
- Use New Game in the game to erase your progress (your rider name is kept; change it in Settings).
- Or go to Android Settings > Apps > Indian Bike Racing Ultra 3D > Storage > Clear data.
- Uninstalling the game also deletes all of its data.
We hold no copy of your data on any server, so there is nothing else to request or delete.
7. Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes how it handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
